Antiopella

Antiopella ist eine Gattung von Meeresschnecken, die zu der Familie der Triphoridae gehören. Diese winzigen Meeresschnecken sind eine Gruppe von Meeresschnecken, die zu den Gastropoden gehören, die sich als Erwachsene keine Schale bilden. Merkmale

Die Muscheln der Antiopella-Arten sind klein und haben eine zylindrische Form. Sie sind in der Regel weiß oder cremefarben und können manchmal braune oder rote Flecken aufweisen. Die Schale ist glatt und glänzend und hat einen oder zwei Spiralen. Die Schalen sind zerbrechlich und können leicht zerbrochen werden.

Lebensräume

Antiopella-Arten sind in tropischen und subtropischen Gewässern weltweit zu finden. Sie leben in der Regel auf Korallenriffen und in anderen benthischen Lebensräumen. Diese Arten ernähren sich von anderen Meerestieren.
